Add your name, email and a short note. We will read it and reply to the address you give us.
What to include in your message
For a bug report, tell us the name of the tool and the page where it happened. List the steps you took, what you expected to see and what you saw instead. This helps us repeat the problem and find the cause.
Add the type of device and browser you use. For example, tell us if you use a phone with Chrome or a laptop with Firefox. If a touch does not count, let us know whether a mouse click or the Space key works on the same page.
Before you send a report
Try a fresh page and one tap at a time. Check that you are tapping inside the count pad. If you need to keep a result, save it first. Your device may limit how many fingers the screen can track at once.
New ideas and private details
For a new feature, tell us the task you want to do and how the change would help. A short example is useful. Please leave out passwords and other private details. We only need enough information to understand your request and reply.
