These terms apply when you use TouchCounter at touchcounter.com. By using the site, you agree to them. Please stop using the site if you do not agree.

1. Purpose of the Tool

TouchCounter lets you count taps, see touch points and check your tap speed. You can use it for learning, fitness, audits, tests or fun. It is free and you do not need an account.

2. Permitted Use

• You may use TouchCounter for personal, scientific, athletic, commercial counting, or auditing workflows.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt network availability, or launch denial-of-service attempts against our infrastructure.
• You agree not to scrape, mirror, frame or republish the site or its code as your own service, or use it in any way that breaks applicable law.

3. Accuracy & Warranty Disclaimer

We use the browser clock and touch events to track taps. Your device still sets the limits. Touch scan speed, screen refresh rate and your system can affect timing.

Use counts and speeds as a guide. Keep a second record when an exact count affects legal, money, health or safety decisions. Save or write down key results before you close the tab. Session data is not stored.

We provide this tool "as is" and "as available". We give no express or implied warranties. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, accuracy or service without breaks.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TouchCounter, its creators and affiliates are not liable for harm from using the tool or being unable to use it. This covers direct, indirect, incidental, special and consequential losses. Examples include lost data, lost profits and breaks in business. These terms do not limit liability where the law does not allow it.

5. Intellectual Property

Copyright and other ownership laws protect our design, sounds, graphics, page layouts and code. You need our written consent to use the name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

6. Feedback

If you send us an idea, you let us use it to improve the tool. We do not owe you a fee or other duty for that use.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

We may link to other sites or load fonts and form services. Our Privacy Policy lists these services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

8. Availability & Changes to the Service

We may change, pause or end any part of this service at any time without notice. We may block access if you break these terms.

9. Governing Terms

The laws that apply where the owner, Fahad Shoaib, is based govern these terms. Conflict-of-law rules do not apply. As a consumer, you keep the mandatory rights the law gives you where you live. If one term cannot be enforced, the rest still apply.

10. Revisions to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will post major changes here and update the date. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
