How the Session Touch Counter Works
The Session Touch Counter keeps a separate total for each counting session and saves each session with its start time, end time and count. Starting a new session closes the old one and resets the live counter to 0.
- Start a session: Name the session, such as Morning Shift or Trial 3.
- Count as normal: Every tap adds to the current session only.
- End the session: Press End Session to save the total and duration.
- Compare sessions: See every saved session in a list with totals and rates.
Session Touch Counter Formula
The Session Touch Counter session rate equals the session total divided by the session duration. The overall total equals the sum of all session totals.
- Total(s)
- Count in session s
- Duration(s)
- Length of session s
Example: Session A counts 240 in 30 min (8 per minute). Session B counts 315 in 45 min (7 per minute). Overall total = 555.
